Quail’s Nest Open House: A spring celebration of art in May.

Arts in Action Application: The arts council contracts for service with its member non-profit groups for arts events that meet its constitutional mandate. Deadlines: January 1, June 1, and October 1 each year. Contracts are limited, and are entered into after a juried application process. To learn more about Arts in Action, read the “Introduction” below. To apply, complete Part 1 and submit it with your event budget. A sample budget is provided below, and a fillable spreadsheet version is also available by emailing OliverCAC@gmail.com . Once you have successfully applied, and have completed your arts event, submit Part 2, along with your income statement for the event and samples of publicity materials to receive your funding.

Music in the Park (MITP) Vendor Forms: OCAC Members and partners may apply for a booth at this outdoor concert series. Commercial food and beverage trucks with appropriate licenses are also welcome. Fill out the applicable form below.
