Complete and either: mail with a cheque OR scan and email the form to us with an accompanying e-transfer. E-transfers must include a memo identifying the type of membership and the name appearing on the membership, and must be sent to OliverCAC @ gmail.com

Each membership is good for one calendar year, January to December, and can be purchased at any time during the year. Fees are not pro-rated. However, if you are a NEW member and purchase a membership as part of a Fall Art Show entry OR during our membership drive period (September to December), your membership will start immediately AND will be good for the following calendar year. That’s up to three months free membership!
