Oliver Community Arts Council
This program for Adults with Disabilities is sponsored by the Oliver Community Arts Council. It promotes creativity through art making to foster joy and self worth. You may have seen some of this art work at the Oliver Creates Art Show and Sale in September. Support these creative adults through your donations, volunteerism, or purchases of their cards and calendars.
WORKSHOPS TO DEVELOP AND INSPIRE CREATIVE ENERGIES!
September – May
A series of art workshops for developmentally (and some physically) challenged adults. Clients of the program choose from several workstations to develop and inspire their creative energies. Painting, printmaking, mixed media, seasonal crafts, costume jewelry, and even some special music workshops!

This group of talented artists kindly gave us permission to reproduce their art so that we can help fund this program, which started in 2017.
These are always available at the Quails’ Nest Studio on Airport Road in Oliver on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until noon. Pay by cash, cheque or card.
INSTRUCTORS
Do you want to become an instructor in the CreateAbility Program? This is a paid position. Please contact us and the program coordinator will be get back to you soon. Please note: a Criminal Record check is require and we offer the application free to all instructors.
CAREGIVERS
