A dozen artists and arts-lovers from Oliver are heading south to sister-city Lake Chelan for a friendly cultural exchange on May 16 – 17. There they will meet up with members of the Lake Chelan Artist Alliance for an art walk, studio tours, and socializing, including a potluck dinner hosted by the LCAA.
More Oliver participants are welcome. Group rate accommodation at Campbell’s Resort may be filling quickly, but there are many other alternatives such as RVing. Please confirm registration with Marion first using the information on the poster, or email OliverCAC @ gmail.com.
An itinerary for Friday May 16 follows. There is ample room for your own activities as well.
9:00 a.m.: Leave Oliver to be at Campbell’s Resort in Chelan by 11:45 a.m.
11:45 a.m. – Meet Anne Clausen, president of the Lake Chelan Artist Alliance in Campbell’s Resort Lobby
12:00 noon: Lunch Art walk on the way to lunch with a local art collector. Optional: drive to lunch. 
1:30 p.m. – on: Downtown walking tour of sculptures and murals. Visit “The Anonymous Show” (pictured) and the Main Street Gallery.
6:00 to 6:30 pm – Potluck Dinner, downstairs at the Manson Grange.
