This monthly gathering of the membership is a relaxed informal affair that focuses on “news and views” in the arts community. It is a chance for arts groups and businesses to share information about upcoming events and promotions. News from the arts council Board is shared. Attendees review recent local performances and exhibits, comment on current events in the arts world, and give feedback on arts council initiatives.

In June, the morning Arts Jam is replaced by the popular Arts Jam Barbecue. This year, it will be held on

Burgers, hotdogs, condiments and a punch will be provided. Please bring a salad (bean, tossed, potato….) or a dessert.  Other favourite beverages welcome. Don’t forget to bring your arts news and views, as this is a great time to catch up on all the artisitic events for summer.
