Cameron Ogilvie

December 16, 1940 – July 15, 2017

On Saturday Pastor Cameron Ogilvie of Oliver, BC passed away at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 76 years.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Friday July 21, 2017 at the Oliver Community Centre, 6359 Park Drive, Oliver.

For many years Cameron had been active in the Oliver Community Arts Council, participating in many art shows, from Summer Studio (pictured below) to the Fall Art Show and Sale where he won first place in his category in 2016 (pictured at bottom). He was also a valued member of the Okanagan Art Gallery co-operative. Cameron painting skills were not restricted to the canvas, and he shared his talent by also painting both the exterior and interior of the Studio Building at the Quail’s Nest Arts Centre. He will be sorely missed in the arts community.
